1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

3. Eligibility and Age Restriction

3.1 Minimum Age

3.2 Restricted Jurisdictions

It is the Player's sole responsibility to verify that using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. ja7774 makes no representation that access to or use of the Services is legal in all locations. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk.

3.3 Account Integrity

You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not.

4. Account Registration and Management

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money Services, you must register a valid Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. If duplicate Accounts are detected, ja7774 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void all associated transactions, and permanently suspend the Player from the Platform without further notice.

4.3 Account Security

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

4.5 Account Closure

Pending wagering requirements must be satisfied before any remaining balance is released, unless the Account is closed under our Responsible Gaming self-exclusion provisions, in which case applicable policies govern the treatment of remaining funds.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.5 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) the Account must be fully verified; (b) all applicable Wagering Requirements on active Bonus Funds must be completed; (c) the withdrawal destination must be the same payment method used for the most recent deposit or a payment method previously verified in the Player's name.

5.6 Currency

All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT / ৳). Where a payment provider processes a transaction in a different currency, any applicable conversion fees are the sole responsibility of the Player.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

6.1 Eligibility for Promotions

Promotional offers are available to eligible Players as determined by the specific terms of each promotion. Unless expressly stated, bonuses are available to new Players only on their first qualifying deposit. Subsequent promotions for existing Players are governed by the terms published alongside each offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: placing low-risk or mathematical hedge bets to fulfil Wagering Requirements; using multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; and coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional structures.

6.4 Promotion Amendments

ja7774 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Modifications to running promotions will not affect bets or wagers already placed and accepted under the original terms.

6.5 Welcome Bonus Specific Terms

The welcome bonus of 100% up to ৳20,000 on a first qualifying deposit is subject to a minimum deposit of ৳500. The Wagering Requirement applicable to the welcome bonus is thirty-five (35) times the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount. The welcome bonus must be claimed within seven (7) days of Account registration and completed within thirty (30) days of being credited.

7. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Game Rules

All casino games, live dealer games, sports betting markets, and instant games on the Platform are governed by the individual rules displayed within each game or market. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules apply to that game only.

7.2 Random Number Generation

• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.

7.5 Sports Betting Integrity

ja7774 reserves the right to void any sports bet where there is credible evidence that the underlying event has been manipulated or corrupted, or where the bet was placed with inside knowledge of the outcome. Odds and markets are subject to change prior to event commencement; bets accepted at the original odds are honoured unless the bet falls within a Palpable Error category.

8. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ja7774 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform or Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

ja7774's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by ja7774 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. 12. Suspension and Termination

• Failure to complete Account verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.

Upon termination for breach, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings held in the Account shall be forfeited. Real Money Balance remaining after satisfaction of any outstanding obligations may be returned to the Player at ja7774's discretion following a compliance review.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
